Rosemount

Located in the heart of Hintonburg, west of Ottawa's downtown core, the Rosemount project features an urban infill development on a 6,960 square foot lot. We took a unique approach to tackling the “missing middle”, and created 8 separate units split into two back to back semis, totaling 8,560 square feet of residential living space. Abutting Wellington Street, known as the QUAD, an acronym for Quartier des Artistes/Arts District, residents are steps away from coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and public transportation.
